DESCRIPTION:
WW - Autorist, automatic, 23mm x 38mm to lug tips, 20mm wire lug width, original chrome-plated base metal hinged case with hinged lugs that swivel to wind the watch, black leather strap, refinished silver textured dial with black painted Breguet numerals, 7J cal 8, s#6907, triple signed. An incredibly interesting and unusual watch from the early days of designing automatic winding wristwatches.
CONDITION:
Mvt: Running, automatic winding system appears to be functional, fine cosmetic mvt condition overall with discoloration of most of the plates, ample oxide to steelwork; excellent refinished dial with light surface spotting; excellent hands; case shows very little wear, likely replated at some point in its life, several light dings to lugs and back; crown shows little wear; good glass crystal.
